Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods or services that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
Since we create virtual staging/renderings individually based on the images and specifications provided by you, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
For digital services that we begin at your request before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have started with the performance and you have expressly agreed to this.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you were able to withdraw from this contract (where no exclusion applies), we would reimburse all payments received from you within fourteen days of receipt of your withdrawal notice. We would use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction.
